Luke and I did pretty well eating low carb this week, but my husband decided he did not want to join us (which makes it harder).     Without detailing every meal, I will tell you that we ate no-bun cheeseburgers, grilled chicken salads, chicken/brocolli stir fry, taco crunch (without the crunch of tortilla chips), and a whole bunch of eggs!  We made breakfast burritos using low carb tortillas. I now live in a town with a large lake just outside the city limits. This has been great, because even though we haven’t done a whole lot of camping, my kids have grown up enjoying the lake, especially in the summer. But this summer will be different because…… Continue reading The Clueless RV Club

There is good in each day

There is good in each day

I am so sick of watching the news.  My dear husband insists on blaring news channels from our television for hours at a time. It seems like most of his non-working hours are spent watching the news.  Because I am so sick of the nasty
