Goldie’s World Famous Casserole

Okay, maybe it isn’t really “world famous”…yet.  I can tell you that this delicious casserole is famous in our family, though!  My great aunt Goldie was my grandmother’s baby sister- you may remember her name mentioned in a previous post. Now, I’m not sure that Goldie actually invented this casserole, but I do know that my mother got the recipe from her and made it often for our family.  As a matter of fact, my mother included it in her handwritten cookbook of family favorites that we received from her for Christmas, 1996. 

This casserole consists of ground beef, Reames noodles, tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, and CHEESE! My cousin Jenny mentioned that I need to post this recipe on the blog..so here it is!  One bite and I promise you will be sold on this one, it really SHOULD be world famous!
