I want French fries! π
Luke and I did pretty well eating low carb this week, but my husband decided he did not want to join us (which makes it harder). Β Β Without detailing every meal, I will tell you that we ate no-bun cheeseburgers, grilled chicken salads, chicken/brocolli stir fry, taco crunch (without the crunch of tortilla chips), and a whole bunch of eggs! Β We made breakfast burritos using low carb tortillas. So good!
I used My Fitness Pal, stayed under 1200 daily calories and averaged around 30 carbs per day. Luke and I have decided that for now, weekends are going to be free days as long as we don’t go overboard. Β That was not what we originally intended, but we know that we’re more apt to keep eating healthy if we allow ourselves a little bit of freedom. We made a delicious low carb chocolate mug cake, and tomorrow I plan to post the recipe. Ready for week two!
