Cinnamon Applesauce Hearts
These may look delicious, but they are not cookies! These can be used as ornaments or can be placed/hung anywhere around the house for a wonderful cinnamon smell. Just remember..do not eat these!! 😊
Cinnamon Applesauce
Your entire house will smell wonderful after making these!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Unsweetened applesauce
Instructions

Mix together equal parts applesauce and cinnamon.
2. Form into play-dough type ball.
3. Roll out and use cookie cutters to form hearts
4. Place cut-outs on wax paper to dry. Poke holes large enough for string at top portion of each cut-out.
5. After 4-5 hours, flip to dry other side.
Recipe Notes
Adjust ingredient amounts depending on how many hearts you wish to make, but remember it is always equal parts cinnamon/applesauce. I've also made these with Christmas cookie cutters for ornaments. Place string through holes for ornaments or just place anywhere around the house for a great smell!
