Slow Cooker Peanut Butter Cup Cake

I’ve been on a peanut butter kick recently, so here is another yummy recipe that I tried tonight. 😊

 

If you love peanut butter cups, this is the recipe for you! This rich, delicious cake is very simple to make!

Slow Cooker Peanut Butter Cup Cake

This rich, delicious cake is perfect for any peanut butter lover!

Ingredients

  • 1 Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 1 Small package Instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 Cups Peanut butter chips
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Sour cream

Topping

  • 1/3 Cup Peanut butter Melted
  • Reese's minis

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix dry cake mix and dry pudding mix together.

    2. Add eggs, milk, and sour cream. Mix well. 

    3. Fold in peanut butter chips and pour into slow cooker sprayed with non-stick spray. 

    4. Cook on low for three hours.

    5. Pour melted peanut butter over top of cake and garnish with Reese's minis. 

    Scoop out and enjoy the rich deliciousness!

Recipe Notes

The recipe calls for sour cream, but 1/4 cup vegetable oil can be substituted if you have picky eaters like I do!
